I'm an entrepreneur, coach, and writer. I build businesses, help leaders grow, and write about what I learn in between.
I spent 15 years in the Australian resources sector leading teams and solving complex problems — earning an MBA from Deakin and cutting my teeth in business strategy and Lean Six Sigma along the way. That foundation gave me the itch to build my own things, and I haven't stopped since.
Today I create and scale businesses while coaching others to do the same. I'm a systems thinker wired for curiosity and execution — and a father and husband who's called multiple Australian states home.
